Being the oldest child – listen to Evelyn’s perspective on helping.

Evelyn, as a teenager, and the oldest sibling, has a perspective of caretaking of her siblings and those around her that is unique to both her age at my original diagnosis (11)  and her birth order.  Now at 25 and living far away,  she remembers the onion analogy and how helping sometimes is asking questions and listening.
